Condition Survey
Every piece is photographed and catalogued before loading. Dimensions, material, fragility rating, and special handling notes are logged to the manifest.
Thermal Blanket Wrap
Multi-layer quilted blankets rated for 30°F external delta hold surface temperature within tolerance. Corners receive corner boards, veneer surfaces receive acid-free slip sheets.
Load Engineering
Items are loaded by weight distribution to maintain trailer balance. Heavy pieces floor-anchored first, lighter items stacked with interlocking geometry. No piece is loaded without a strap point.
Strap & Block Protocol
2-inch ratchet straps rated at 3,333 lbs breaking strength per strap. Furniture dollies locked with wheel chocks. Vertical clearance maintained at minimum 4 inches from ceiling.
Climate Seal
Rear door sealed with thermal gasket after final strap check. HVAC unit initialized to target temperature before departure. Internal sensor array begins continuous logging.
Delivery & Condition Verify
Receiving party co-signs the condition report against the pre-load survey. Any discrepancy triggers immediate insurance documentation. Clean delivery rate: 99.7%.
